• How do I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email hello@shopglorace.com within 5 hours of making your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 14 days.

 

• How Long are Shipping Times?

We offer free shipping worldwide. Our products typically ship within 1- 2 days of receiving the order. 

USA: 6 - 15 business days

However, your product may arrive earlier than listed above.

 

• How do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on our track your order page Here.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information for your tracking number, please contact us at hello@shopglorace.com

 

• What Happens If I Receive The Wrong Item?

If there’s an issue with your order- defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us at hello@shopglorace.com, and we’ll give you a refund.
