I've ordered these twice now. They are amazing. I wear leggings everyday and they pull in my lower belly just right. Granted I am not really overweight but I am a Mom of 2 and have that lower belly pouch that just won't go away. Makes my shirts look and fit nicer. I will continue to buy these unless I find anything better. They do tend to roll at the top a little and cause a little back fat but nothing too bad. I do hike them up pretty high so it may be wearer error. They are pretty great for the price tho. I am 5 foot 8 and about 155. I purchase the XL.

It's short a bit. Half stomach. I use it with a belt on top. See photo. _ both for waist training. It's force me to pull my stomach in. I'm 5'2" and 125 lb. Got a Medium. Its comfy. Thank u.

BEST GAWT DANG BODY SHAPER EVER!! I ordered size large and My measurements are: 40 Bust, 32 waist, 42 hips, 5'10, 200lbs and I have a very long torso. Other body shapers don't reach over my hips, which cuts in and makes more problems. The boning is just flexible enough that it is very comfortable. This one is amazing to size and isn't too short, and the thong isn't too narrow god bless- NO FRONT WEDGIE!!!
